Dancing: Fitness of Body & Mind

Two weeks ago I decided it was time to shake up my cardio by ditching the mind-numbing time I spend Candy-Crushing on an elliptical. I’ve been hopping on my spin bike, kickboxing, and hitting the rower a bit. My FAVORITE cardio change has been dancing about five days a week. Give it a try- both your body and mind will thank you.
